Funko Fridays! Collections I Want to Complete!

Funko Fridays hosted by KimiWho.com and dePepi.com

Funkos are a problem for me, I love them and I want so many. I have a few randoms that are part of a set that I will probably never finish because they were gifts and as much as I love them I wouldn't have bought them due to the fact I have OCD and once I have one I want them all, yes I know they aren't Pokémon. Anyhow. So, the two collections I have started that I have to finish are my GoT and Firefly sets. BUT both of those need clarification. For example, I already have the first 5 Firefly Funkos they released but lets be honest be ALL know they will release at least 4 more, because you cant have a Firefly set without River, Simon, Inara and Shepherd Book... And as for the GoT, I cannot keep buying these, I have to cut myself off at a point, and that is the 4th series. I already have about 22 of this particular set and if I just finish the ones I am missing thru series 4 I will have over 30 just from that set. Would I like to continue YES! But I only have so much space and I cant make myself sell any more than the 4 I gave to my little brother to eBay for me... Note: they were dups or randos... just sayin' I cant part with any of my loves!

Funko Fridays! The One That Started It All!

Funko Fridays hosted by KimiWho.com and dePepi.com

I have never tried to use a link up before but I am going to attempt to actually BLOG! I supposed I need to take some classes or tutorials online. Luckily there are a lot of people out there who want to help and make the info accessible. BUT I digress! This post is supposed to be about the Funko that started it all for me.

If you don't know what Funko Dolls are then you either don't like geek or you have been living under a rock because they make these wonderful little guys for most every fandom out there. I personally like the POP! series ones best, and that's what I have the most of but that's a blog subject for another day... I actually did not start my own collection! My little brother Chad went on a road trip with his best friend to California and my brother brought me back a souvenir, Khal Drogo, he had gone to Universal Studios and knew I loved GoT so perfect gift choice... except it started an obsession... I honestly have to go count how many I have now. But it all started with a little cute Khal Drogo.

As you can see I had to play Funko Jenga to get this guy out. I have the most GoT Funkos, as my collection started with them and for a while I thought would only consist of them, I have 22 plus 5 of the mystery minis. Also, I do store my Funkos in their boxes most of the time, I dont like to dust and they have lots of little spots to get dusty so they stay protected mostly.

I like to take pictures of both the front and back of these lovely little guys bc they have so much detail and often people only concentrate on their faces or whats in their hand when typically they have awesome 360 designs! Just like my little Khal here...
